• How Nu uses this information: Preparing apartments, confirming guest information during check-in, registering short-term residency, sending attractive promotions, and conducting satisfaction surveys to improve services. However, we only do this with the customer's permission.
• Whom we share your information with: Sharing information with local authorities for short-term stays as required by regulations. All your security information at Nu is strictly protected, even with services within the building that don't require front desk interaction during apartment reception. - Guest Information: The information of all residents includes passports and entry visas for foreign guests, or national identification cards and citizen identification for Vietnamese guests, for the purpose of registration.

2. Rental Duration and Fees:
The rental contract should include comprehensive information about the apartment rental price and other terms such as:
- Lease term (monthly or yearly).
- Type of room to be rented (1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, studio, duplex).
- For long-term contracts, clear provisions on rent increase timing and percentage.
- Short-term serviced apartment rental fees (per hour, day, week) include free amenities (pool, gym, yoga).
- Agreed-upon incidental fees for long-term leases are outlined in the contract. Exceeding the specified rental period may incur additional fees according to Nu Apartment's official regulations.
3. Deposit Regulations:
- For Nu Apartment's serviced apartments, to secure the room as scheduled, we require customers to make a deposit (based on the room value and rental period). When the apartment usage period ends, the remaining amount is settled after deducting the previously paid deposit. Nu will provide a detailed and specific invoice to the customer.
- In the case of long-term tenants who wish to continue, the deposit will continue to be retained until the end of the lease term.
- In the rare and undesirable event of property damage in the apartment, this deposit will be processed for compensation. However, to limit incidents, customers can immediately contact Nu Apartment for prompt and considerate assistance when issues arise.
1. Check-in and Check-out Time:
This is undoubtedly crucial information that you need to pay attention to when using serviced apartments.
• Check-in time is at 14:00.
• Check-out time is at 12:00.
Note: Please provide passport and visa information for foreign guests or national identification, citizen ID (for Vietnamese guests) for registration. When preparing to check out, always thoroughly check your personal belongings. After your departure, any remaining belongings will be kept by us and we will contact you. However, if the responsibility lies with the guest for not checking luggage or providing sufficient information after renting the room, Nu Apartment will not be held responsible.
2. Safety and Security Regulations:
These regulations are related to safety and security during your stay at the apartment:
- Absolutely do not bring or use hazardous and flammable items in the apartment/closed room.
- To ensure safety, please refrain from smoking in enclosed spaces.
- Always lock the door securely when leaving the room.
- Absolutely do not lend your room card or door access code to strangers.
- Guests who have not provided residence information to Nu Apartment are kindly requested not to stay overnight in the apartment.
- Check all important belongings when leaving the apartment to check out. Nu Apartment is not responsible for any loss of valuable personal property left/forgotten in the room.
3. Prohibited Activities:
- Bringing illegal and flammable items such as narcotics, weapons, firearms, etc.
- No use of stimulants inside the apartment.
- Gambling and engaging in illegal activities within the apartment are strictly prohibited.
- Disassembling or moving furniture within the room.
- Hanging clothes and other items at the window or emergency exit.
- Do not dispose of trash in the vicinity of the building, corridors, common areas.
If guests violate these regulations or violate Vietnamese laws, Nu Apartment reserves the right to cancel the accommodation contract and refuse accommodation.
